01Eligibility and Registration

02Account Rules and Responsibilities

Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login details with anyone else, allow anyone else to use your account, or access another player's account for any reason. If we discover shared access or evidence that an account is being used by multiple individuals, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email address linked to your account. Password reset instructions are sent to that address, so a compromised email account could lead to unauthorised access to your gaming balance. Use a strong, unique password and update it if you have any reason to believe it has been exposed.

Account details — including your registered name, date of birth and payment methods — must remain accurate at all times. If your contact details change, update them promptly. Accounts where personal information does not match verification documents provided may be restricted until the discrepancy is resolved.

You must not use your account for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or any activity that would violate applicable laws. Accounts suspected of being involved in such activity will be suspended immediately and relevant information may be shared with appropriate authorities.

03Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Live Casino are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard and other mobile wallets where available. Deposits are generally processed instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment channel. JazzCash and Easypaisa wallet deposits are typically credited to your account balance immediately. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing times.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• One bonus per promotion: Each offer can be claimed once per player, per household and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The requirement is stated on each offer in the format "Xx" — for example, a 30x requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 30,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — check each promotion's game contribution table.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and wagering requirements expire if not completed within the timeframe stated in the offer — typically 7 to 30 days. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or per wager is capped at a specified PKR amount. Bets exceeding this cap while a bonus is in play may result in the bonus being voided.

05Sports Betting Rules

Live Casino's sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, T20 leagues and ICC tournaments — alongside football, esports and other markets. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed: A bet submitted and confirmed cannot be edited, cancelled or withdrawn. Review your selections and stake amount carefully before confirming.
• Void bets: A bet is voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned before the minimum completion threshold is met, or if the market is suspended prior to the event taking place. Voided bets return the stake to your account balance in full.
• In-play betting: Live in-play odds update in real time. Bets placed during in-play may be subject to brief processing delays. During this window, odds may shift — if odds change significantly before your bet is confirmed, you may be offered the new odds or the bet may be voided depending on platform settings at the time.
• Maximum payout: Each market has a maximum payout limit stated at the time of bet placement. Winnings exceeding this limit are capped at the stated maximum regardless of the actual odds outcome.
• Errors and mispriced odds: If odds are published due to a technical error or data feed failure that results in clearly incorrect pricing, Live Casino reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. This applies even after a bet has been confirmed.
• PSL and cricket-specific rules: For PSL and other cricket events, matches must complete a minimum number of overs as specified in the relevant market rules to be settled as a result. Rain-affected matches shortened by DLS method are settled on the DLS result where applicable.

Accumulator (parlay) bets combine multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. If one leg is voided, that leg is removed from the accumulator and the overall bet is settled on the remaining legs. Minimum and maximum selections per accumulator are stated on the betting slip.

06Casino and Live Casino Games

Live Casino's game library includes slots, classic table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat), video poker and a live casino section featuring real dealers streaming games in real time. All games are provided by third-party software developers and operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment under studio conditions.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the software developer and are available in the individual game's information panel. Live Casino does not modify RTP settings. The house edge is built into the game mathematics — this is a standard feature of all casino games, not something specific to this platform.

08Account Suspension and Closure

You may close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure is eligible for withdrawal subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance held — including real-money deposits where the breach involves fraud or misrepresentation — may be forfeited. Live Casino will communicate the reason for closure via the registered email address where it is appropriate to do so.

09General Provisions
